How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. I hope you understand as these are handmade products.
What about shipping?
Kwen Designs ships both domestically and internationally. For international customers, shipping times depend on your location.
For domestic customers, If you live down the street from me in Austin, Texas you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 5-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer. Personalized (custom) orders take 1-2 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
What is your return policy?
I take our YAY! very serious and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason, the products made are not everything you had hoped for please email me at email@example.com and I will work with you to get it resolved. I want you to love your purchase just as much as I love making them so I handle each return with care.
I happily accept the return of unused and undamaged products for a full refund in the form or the original payment.
I also happily accept the return of unused and undamaged goods and will refund your entire order less the original shipping fees.
Please note, I will not be responsible for customs and duties determined by each country's individual customs agency. Duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient
